Welcome to TRAIN ME 24/7, your around the clock personal training resource. We are pleased to put our 25 years of personal fitness experience to work for you. Through the years we have helped hundreds of clients accomplish a wide variety of fitness goals, ranging from weight loss to muscle mass, sports specific to special needs. We want to provide YOU with the same support through customized exercise and nutrition plans designed around your lifestyle!

Our story began at Georgia Southern University where we both worked for the University Fitness Center. Shazi worked as an Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor while earning a degree in Exercise Science. Drew worked as a Personal Trainer, developing and overseeing successful fitness programs, such as Women On Weights, which helped him earn the first annual "GSU Personal Trainer of the Year" award.

As a team, both in marriage and business, we are able to provide our clients with a variety of unique and hand tailored fitness programs 24/7. In addition to offering customized personal training services at our clients' homes and state -of-the-art private studio in Savannah, GA, we support our clients with a boutique state of the art gym, FIT Savannah,.and fat melting Bootcamp FIT program.

We are so excited to have the opportunity to work with Ruby Gettinger, of the Style Network's "Ruby" show, Paula Deen, of the Cooking Network, NFL football players, and the cast of the Baywatch Movie. As a result, we have been able to reach a much larger client base and make a small dent in the obesity crisis that our nation is facing!

Our personal interests are not limited to exercise and nutrition. While we do enjoy attending fitness events such as the Arnold Schwarzenneger Fitness Expo, we also love traveling, catching a sporting event, and relaxing at the beach.
